Furnace » heater of drying system

The furnace is the heater of the drying system. It burns fuels to provide the heat for the drum dryer to dehydrate the product. The Vadeb Combined Drying System (CDD), for example, applies a primary and a secondary heater, resulting in an optimized and controlled drying air temperature. Read more about the process and gas flow of the Vadeb CDD system.

More about the furnace

Vadeb Drying Systems have no special type of furnace and are adapted to all regular types of fuel. Such as oil, natural gas, biogas or LPG. Low Nox burners are frequently used. If desired, at the Combined System the primary heater can be fuelled with hard coal.
