Vandenbroek International has many years of experience in the supply of rotary drum dryers. The convective Vadeb® drum drying system is a co-current drum drying process, i.e. the product passes through a rotating drum with a gas flow moving from the feed end to the discharge end.

High Performance Rotary Drum Dryers
The Vadeb convective drying systems reflect a high performance and a long life time. Convective air dryer systems are the preferred technical solution for many kinds of products that need to be processed
- in a continuous flow,
- without failures,
- with neither damage of the product structure, nor overheating.
Our advanced drum drying technology comprehends a perfect balance between heat transfer and aerodynamics. Drum Drying Equipment
We provide small scale rotary drum dryers up to large scale turn-key drum drying solutions. The Vadeb rotary drum dryers and/or solutions consist of various sections and types of equipment, e.g. drying drums, furnaces, dust separators. With regard to the drying drums, we distinguish the following types:
- RS, drying drum applied in sludge drying and municipal solid waste drying
- DX, drying drum applied in agricultural drying and biomass drying
