Sludge - Water Authorities - Venlo

VADEB - DDD sludge dryer, model DX-600, supplied to the Water Autorities Limburg (Venlo) in the Netherlands, a municipal Waste Waster Treatment plant.

Evaporation capacity 4700 l/h, with heating by  Low-Nox burner < 25 ppm, and regenerative post combustion for odour control.

• Sludge input: 6,1 t/h at 22 % DS
• Sludge output: granules 3-4 mm, 1,4 t/h at 95% DS
