Sludge - Madrid-Sur - Water Autorities

VADEB - IDD sludge dryer, a two line model DX-2500, supplied to dry sludge in a Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant (Madrid-Sur), Water Authorities Madrid, Spain.

• Evaporation capacity  2 x 14.000 l/h, drying with exhaust gas from a gas turbine.
• Sludge input: 37 t/h at 22% DS
• Sludge output: granules 3-4 mm, 9 t/h at 90% DS
• Year of construction : 1999-2000

Scope of supply: design, engineering, supply, installationand commissioning of  mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as after sales services.
